This program is not about depriving, punishing, or restricting yourself; it's about addressing your relationship to food and learning to hold yourself accountable for what you put in your body in order to stop chronic dieting once and for all and create healthy habits that last! We'll work together to create a nutrition plan that's realistic, sustainable, and right for your body type and lifestyle.  By discovering healthy, natural foods you like you'll be able to eat better, not less, while watching excess pounds melt away.  Overcome binge eating and control cravings by  learning to balance blood sugar, consistently time meals, and honor hunger and fullness.  Nourishing the body isn't just about what you eat, but how you're moving your body, also. Hate the gym? No worries. There are tons of ways to get your body moving.

Spirit

When you learn to love yourself, you'll discover the freedom to embrace who you really are and the confidence to share your beauty with the world.  We'll work together to release limiting beliefs, identify your passion, and cultivate compassion for yourself and others.  Learn how to relax and reduce stress with yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises.  Honoring your spirit is about connecting to something greater that nourishes and inspires you to consistently strive to be your best possible self.

 

Mind

Unlike typical diets, the program is about much more than what you eat and how you look- it also addresses how you think. Your relationship with food and your body impacts your health as much as the food you eat. This program replaces the typical diet mentality of deprivation, yo-yoing and negative self-talk with feelings of empowerment, sustainability and self-love.  Rediscover your personal power and confidence by learning to love and appreciate food and your body, instead of fearing food and hating what you look like.
