How to use this guide to set yourself up for success:
Pick one day to be your meal prep day
Pick 1-2 healthy recipes per meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner) that you’ll eat throughout the week (be sure to look at your calendar and cross off any days you have other plans where you’ll be out during meal times)- plan your meals in the chart provided
Figure out how many servings of each meal you need, then adjust the amount of each ingredient for your recipes accordingly- write the ingredients in the spaces provided
This is now your grocery list! Be sure to add any healthy snacks you may want, as well as extra necessities like paper towels or dish soap
On your meal prep day, grocery shop for all your ingredients (be sure to eat before you go). Then, put on some good music (maybe even pour a glass of wine) and get to work preparing your meals for the week!
Taking the time, when you have it, to set yourself up for success is important for reaching your goals- this way when you don’t have time to cook during the week, a healthy option is already there waiting for you!
