How I start my day…

This yoga flow is simple and perfect for beginners. It consists of 3 sun salutations or Surya Namaskar. Sun salutations are traditionally a great way to start the day because the flow of postures wakes up all of the organs, muscles, and systems in your body. You can enhance this effect by drinking a hot cup of tea before practicing (my favorite is ginger turmeric tea with lemon, to help kickstart my digestive fire and metabolism).
