Copycat True Food Kitchen Tahini Harissa Cauliflower

Absolutely cannot recommend this recipe enough! It tastes exactly like the appetizer at True Foods Kitchen and is the perfect mix of creamy, sweet and savory.

For a full middle eastern meal, I love serving this with the Za’atar Chicken Thighs in my ‘Main Dishes’ recipe section. (I usually omit the sauce though since it’s so similar to the sauce in this dish).

 

Maple Roasted Root Vegetables with Dijon and Thyme Dressing

I’m not the biggest beat fan, so if I’m eating them, they have to be done right- and this recipe does exactly that. Packed with fiber from root vegetables, this side dish is cozy, nourishing and perfect for fall.

We like to keep it simple and throw some chicken thighs in the air fryer to go with this dish, or even simpler- a rotisserie chicken.

 

Maple Pecan Roasted Acorn Squash

I love squash season so much, and there’s something so pretty about a roasted acorn squash.

To make this recipe dairy-free and low-sugar:

  • Swap plant based butter for regular butter

  • Swap Lakanto monkfruit maple syrup for regular maple syrup and coconut sugar for brown sugar

We also like to season the squash with a little garlic powder, salt and pepper before baking to balance out the sweetness.
